We ensure that you understand the cost of your scan before your appointment takes place, so there are no unexpected charges. Where appropriate, we can also provide written confirmation of pricing in advance.

Our ultrasound pricing is structured into the following categories.
Ultrasound Examinations
This is the cost of the diagnostic ultrasound scan itself, performed by a qualified Sonographer. Each scan price reflects the type of examination, the structures assessed, and the time required to complete a thorough and accurate study.
Additional or Extended Imaging
In some cases, additional views or extended assessment may be required based on clinical findings or referral requests. Any additional costs will be explained to you clearly before proceeding.
Combined or Multiple Scans
If more than one ultrasound examination is required, we may be able to offer combined or bundled pricing where clinically appropriate. This allows multiple areas to be assessed in a single appointment in a cost-effective and efficient way.

Most scan packages can be combined for an additional £60 per package. Please note that vascular and MSK scans are excluded, as these are performed by Sonographers with specialist expertise in those areas.
Payment Information
Our clinic aims to offer flexibility and easy access to our services and the methods you can use for payment are as follows:
When you book an appointment you will be given the cost for the appointment and in order to secure the booking in our diary system you will be required to pay at the point of booking.
Online – If you are making an online booking, you will be asked to pay by credit or debit card.
On The Phone – You can call us to make a booking and we will take a payment over the phone again via credit or debit card.
In Person – if you come into the clinic you can pay via credit or debit card or in cash. (See note below)
Bank Transfer – If you wish to make a bank transfer please contact the clinic and we will supply you with the information you need to make a payment.
Via Payment Link – If you request an appointment and you are not in a position to pay when you contact the clinic, we can send out an automatic Payment Link which again allows you to pay via credit or debit card at you convenience. Please remember that your appointment cannot be confirmed until payment is received.
Go Cardless – If you are likely to be a frequent user of our services you may want to pay by GoCardless, which allows you to make a single bank payment, or set up a flexible Direct Debit that accumulates on your account with us. When you have built up sufficient funds you can then undertake your procedure or treatment. Contact us for more info.
Klarna – If you wish you can use Klarna Pay and have your treatment at our clinic and Klarna pays on your behalf and they bill you for 3 equal interest-free instalments over a three month period. Contact us for more info.
As you can see, we have multiple payment methods to make the whole process easier.
We accept all major UK Credit and Debit Cards with the exception of AMEX and Diners Club.
Note In order to comply with Anti Money Laundering regulations, cash payment of £2,000 or greater, paid either as a single payment or multiple payment that in total are greater than this value for a single episode of care, will require the patient or the person paying on their behalf to produce two forms of ID one of which must be photographic and 2 forms of proof of address.
